TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR PURE CASINO EDMONTON (FORT ROAD)

DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

"Casino" means Pure Casino Edmonton (Fort Road) located at 13103 Fort Road NW;
"Operator" means Pure Canadian Gaming Corp., the owner and operator of the Casino;
"User" or "Player" means any individual who visits or uses the facilities of the Casino, including those participating in gaming activities.

LICENSE TO USE CASINO FACILITIES
The Operator grants to each User a non-exclusive license to use the facilities of the Casino for lawful purposes only. Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their visit to the Casino.
AGE RESTRICTIONS AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Only individuals who are at least 18 years old may enter the Casino or participate in gaming activities. The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age from any User.
GAMBLING ACTIVITIES
The Casino offers a variety of gaming activities, including slots and electronic games, as well as live tables. Users understand that all gaming activities are conducted at their own risk and subject to the rules and regulations of the Alberta Gaming Control Commission (AGLC).
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES
Users acknowledge that they have read and understood the responsible gambling practices promoted by the Casino, including setting personal limits on spend and time.
DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS
The Operator may set deposit and withdrawal limits for Users to ensure compliance with AGLC regulations. Such limits are subject to change without notice.
PROMOTIONS AND SPECIAL OFFERS
The Casino reserves the right to offer promotions, special offers, or loyalty programs to its Users. These shall be governed by separate terms and conditions which may supersede these Terms and Conditions in certain respects.
ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS
Users acknowledge that their account(s) with the Operator can be closed, suspended, or adjusted if necessary due to misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of house rules.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
The Casino takes reasonable measures to protect User information and maintain security standards in line with industry best practices. Users understand that all communication with the Casino shall be deemed confidential unless otherwise provided by law.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies governing their use of the Casino facilities.
TERMINATION OF ACCOUNTS OR ACCESS TO CASINO FACILITIES
The Operator reserves the right to terminate any User's account or access to Casino facilities at its discretion without notice in accordance with AGLC regulations.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to arbitration under the rules of the Alberta Arbitration Association.
MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Operator reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Users agree to regularly review and familiarize themselves with such changes.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By accessing, visiting, or participating in gaming activities at the Casino, each User accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
